**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital store, including receiving, storing, and issuing medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain inventory control systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene as per hospital standards.
- Maintain records of inward and outward stock movement.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Work closely with purchase and accounts departments for inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and inventory management guidelines.
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management (preferred)
