Over the last 5 years, we have been able to serve more than 15000 clients across India. We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- **Product Development**:

- Collaborate with the design and production teams to source materials that align with product specifications and market trends.
- Conduct sample approvals, including fabric and trims, and manage the development process.
- **Procurement**:

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with budget constraints and quality standards.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to source innovative and sustainable materials.
- Stay updated on new suppliers and industry developments.
- **Trims & Accessories Sourcing**:

- Specialize in sourcing innovative and functional trims and accessories for activewear and sportswear.
- Ensure materials align with product specifications, design requirements, and industry trends.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Work closely with the quality team to address issues related to materials and components.
- Conduct periodic visits to vendor facilities to ensure adherence to standards.
- **Order Management**:

- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely follow-up on shipments.
- Address any discrepancies or delays with vendors proactively.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, vendor communications, and material inventories.
- Prepare reports on sourcing efficiencies and cost savings for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
- 2-3 Year experience in merchandising
- Experience in Trims and accessories
- Experience in sourcing materials for activewear or sportswear is an advantage.
- Understanding of sustainable sourcing practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
