**Position Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Full Time)**

**Working Day - 6 Days**

**Purpose**:To strategize, plan & execute high performing digital marketing plans and

strategies to expand organisation’s brand presence among target audience.

**Responsibilities**
- To plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- To monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
- To develop and manage website content
- To manage performance of marketing channels to maximize relevant KPIs
- To plan, create and execute campaigns end
- to - end on all channels
- To manage affiliate partners
- To work with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing

campaigns optimized for conversion, relevance and customer preferences
- To stay up to date with latest technology & best practices to acquire insights in

online marketing trends in the industry
- To create & drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives to deliver the

highest returns on marketing’s spends
- To track and measure campaign level, ad-set level & ad level performance and

determine actionable insights
- To lead funnel building initiatives, user acquisition, conversion and retention of

users
- To regularly optimize campaigns to continuously improve ROAS (Return on

Advertising Spend) from the campaigns

**Competencies**
- Excellent analytical skills with high business acumen
- Ability to manage Google/Facebook/Instagram ads & affiliates
- Ability to work on UAC (Universal App Campaigns)
- Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders with great interpersonal

skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced growing organization
- Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
- Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker

**Educational Qualifications**
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Preference to Digital Marketing stream

**Experience**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

**Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry**

**Location : Hauzkhas - New Delhi**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
