**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Handle day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content regularly
- Monitor performance, trends, and engagement metrics continuously
- Interact with the audience, respond to messages/comments, and grow community presence
- **Website SEO**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Monitor website traffic, performance, and rankings
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and blogs for SEO
- Collaborate with the development team for technical SEO improvements
- **Content Writing**:

- Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social posts, and website pages
- Proofread and edit content before publishing
- Research trending topics to align content strategy with market needs
- **Graphic Designing & Video Editing**:

- Design creative assets for social media posts, stories, ads, and campaigns
- Edit short-form videos and reels for promotions and brand storytelling
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media handling
- Proficiency in tools like **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro** (or similar)
- Good command of SEO tools like **Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail

**Bonus Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of Google Ads & Facebook Ads
- Basic understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
