**Job Title**: Digital Marketer
**Location**: 2nd Floor, Women’s World Building, Indrapuri Sector-C, Bhopal, 462022
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year (in Digital Marketing)
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000/month (based on experience & skillset)
**Work Type**: Full-time (Work from Office)
**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketer who understands the full spectrum of online marketing — from SEO to paid ads, and content marketing to analytics. If you’re someone who can build traffic, generate leads, and optimize campaigns with clear ROI, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Manage SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager
- Create ad copies, banners, and landing page suggestions in collaboration with design/content teams
- Manage and optimize ad budgets for better ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Handle Google My Business optimization and local SEO
- Stay updated with digital trends, ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks
- A/B test creatives, placements, and copy for performance improvement
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams for campaign alignment

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical mindset — able to turn numbers into insights
- Knowledge of Canva or design tools for creative inputs
- Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress preferred) for SEO implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Must be available for full-time work from our Bhopal office
