**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across social media platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize ad targeting.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve cost per acquisition (CPA) targets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to ensure alignment of paid marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and website content for search engine visibility and user experience enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid advertising on social media and on-page SEO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising, particularly on social media platforms.
- Expertise in managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ad formats and strategies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
