
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum age of 30 years is preferred
