We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. This role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution, measurable results, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
- Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies.
Align campaigns with overall business objectives and client requirements.

Campaign Management
Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Team working
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
Foster collaboration across departments and encourage creative problem-solving.

Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs, create detailed reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure success and identify improvement areas.

Client Interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Deliver strategic recommendations and adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
*Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
*2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
*Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
*Exceptional knowledge of marketing analytics, performance metrics, and A/B testing.
*Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
*Ability to stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative solutions.
*Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
