Lead and manage the parts department according to Cycle & dealer standards to achieve high parts and accessories sales volume, optimal inventory level and profitability. Ensure high service level to workshop and counter sales customers to achieve high customer satisfaction. Support the implementation of Daimler and company’s parts and accessories marketing campaigns to achieve maximum market exploitation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and controlling parts and specials
- Assist and coordinate with parts team
- Greeting customers and identify customer needs
- Providing customers with information about parts and specials
- Identify the right parts for customers and technicians
- Providing accurate price quotation and others parts - related information
- In case of non-availability of an item ensure the input of loss of sales in Auto - IT software
- Check paperwork, ensure the invoice has been issued

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
