Job Description: Preschool Franchise Manager

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Preschool Franchise Manager. This role involves closing franchise deals for weeones Preschool across India, with a primary focus on the Delhi NCR region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the process of closing franchise deals for weeones Preschool across India, with a special focus on Delhi NCR.
- Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channels.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to explain the benefits of the weeones Preschool franchise.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure franchise deals.
- Support franchisees through the onboarding process and ensure they understand operational standards.
- Maintain and update records of franchisee interactions and progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or franchise sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the preschool or early childhood education industry.
- Knowledge of franchise operations and management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
