*Job Description: (Academic counsellor)*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Having conversations with prospective students and explain course offerings, benefits, and career prospects.
- Counsel students on choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain records of conversations and track student inquiries.
- Address concerns, clarify doubts, and provide accurate information regarding admissions, fees, and placement assistance.
- Work closely with the admission-sales and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 06 months in academic -counseling, sales, or customer support (preferablyin the education sector).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and meet enrollment targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
