**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Represent Paliwal Machinery in the Chhattisgarh region, promoting our products and services to potential clients in the food processing industry.

2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

3. Generate leads and conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

4. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to showcase the benefits of Paliwal Machinery's products and services.

5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.

6. Travel within Chhattisgarh to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore business opportunities.

7. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

8. Provide after-sales support to customers and address any inquiries or concerns.

9. Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the food processing industry, is highly preferred, with a focus on rice processing plants (rice mills).
- Mechanical engineering background is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Chhattisgarh.
- Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of incentives and commission structures is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
