**WE ARE NOW LOOKING FORWARD TO HIRE A CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR FOR OUR COMPANY**:
**LOCATION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handling maintenance and supervision of various commercial buildings belonging to us situated in Parel. The maintenance will involve regular day-to-day maintenance like electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, housekeeping, security and garden maintenance.
- Coordination with contractors, obtaining quotation, negotiating with contractors/vendors

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Having 10-15 years’ experience in Civil Construction / Property Maintenance
- Should have preferably worked with any construction company, builder, PMC, property management company or society maintenance

**TIMINGS AND COMPENSATION**
- Job Time - 10.45 am to 7pm
- Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400007, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CIVIL SUPERVISOR: 3 years (preferred)
