Position Overview

The Civil Site Supervisor oversees construction projects, ensuring timely, Strong leadership, technical skills, and team management are crucial.
- Key Responsibilities_

1. **Project Management**
- Supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers.
- Ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

2. **Team Supervision**
- Manage site personnel, including contractors.
- Assign tasks and hold regular site meetings.

3. **Quality Control**
- Perform quality checks and inspections.
- Resolve any issues or defects.

4. **Health and Safety**
- Implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections.

5. **Communication**
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports.
- Ensure permits and licenses are up-to-date.

7. **Budget Management**
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Assist in preparing budget estimates and reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
