Position: AGM _Production_

Location: Sarigam-Vapi

Experience: 8.00 to 10.00 Years

Industries: Plastic

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for entire production, including raw material, production planning,maintenance, achieving production targets, controlling wastage, customer deliveries, W.I.P, production cost and Quality systems
- Tape / Loom / Printing/ lamination/ packing/ maintenance/ Production Overall responsible for smooth production operations
- Production Planning & control (includes production, planning, routing,production schedules, dispatch, follow up, Inspection & corrective measures).
- Provide overall management of the on-going production operations including inventory control, scheduling, documentation, and equipment maintenance department.
- Co-ordination with all concerned departments to achieve targeted production.
- Hands on experience on ISO 9001:2015 and Liaise with Quality to all aspects of internal and external audits.
- Provide feedback and background information of Non Conformity of product investigations to the Customer Quality issues.
- Review of daily production status to Senior Manager
- Production.
- Reporting of all deviations to senior manager production/QA manager.
- Preparation of incident, deviations and change control report related to production operation.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

**Required Skill**
- Good communication & presentable and Team Handling
- Must have 8-10 years’ experience in Tarpaulin and FIBC
- Advanced computer skills, including statistical/data analysis and report writing skills
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Knowledge of all QC tools

**Required Qualification**: - B-Tech, / BE / Plastic Engineering Degree**

**Salary: -Upto 11.00 LPA**
