**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute production schedules based on order requirements and demand forecasts.
- Plan and adjust resources, materials, and timelines to meet production targets.
- Coordinate daily with production, maintenance, quality, and store teams.
- Ensure tooling, raw materials, and machines are ready before each production shift.
- Reduce machine downtime and scrap by following industry best practices.
- Maintain production records and reports using Cordy’s Software Systems or any similar ERP tool.
- Collaborate with plant supervisors and operators to ensure smooth shop floor operations.
- Identify and resolve issues in extruder and stranding lines in real-time.
- Support 5S implementation, Lean Manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor manpower performance and optimize shift-wise workforce allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
