**Job Title**: Printing In-Charge - M&R Machines (Woven Fabrics)
**Location**: Vapi
**Department**: Printing / Production
**Reporting To**: Production Manager / Factory Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and supervise all M&R automatic screen printing machines for woven fabric garments.
- Ensure accurate setup of screens, squeegees, inks, and garments for high-quality output.
- Plan daily production schedules and manage shift operations to meet targets.
- Perform test prints and ensure print quality, registration, and color accuracy.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues on M&R machines to reduce downtime.
- Maintain strict control over screen tension, ink viscosity, and curing parameters.
- Coordinate with design and merchandising teams for new sample developments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machines and timely servicing with the technical team.
- Monitor print defects and implement corrective measures proactively.
- Maintain logs for production, ink usage, and machine maintenance.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in screen printing, preferably on **M&R automatic printing machines**.
- Strong understanding of **printing on woven fabrics** like cotton, viscose, yarn-dyed, etc.
- Familiarity with plastisol, water-based, discharge, and pigment inks.
- Technically sound with machine calibration, print finishing, and process control.
- Experience in handling **bulk production** and **sample development**.
- Ability to manage a team of helpers and printers on the shop floor.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance documentation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / Technical training in Printing Technology or Textile Processing.
- Exposure to **high-fashion apparel printing** and **private label production**.

- M&R ऑटोमैटिक स्क्रीन प्रिंटिंग मशीनों का संचालन और सुपरविजन करना।
- स्क्रीन, स्क्वीजी, इंक और गारमेंट की सेटिंग करना ताकि हाई-क्वालिटी प्रिंटिंग सुनिश्चित हो सके।
- दैनिक प्रोडक्शन शेड्यूल बनाना और शिफ्ट की कार्यप्रणाली को मैनेज करना।
- टेस्ट प्रिंट करना और प्रिंट की गुणवत्ता, रजिस्ट्रेशन और कलर मैचिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
- मशीन से जुड़ी तकनीकी समस्याओं का समाधान करके डाउनटाइम को कम करना।
- स्क्रीन टेंशन, इंक की गाढ़ापन (viscosity), और क्योरिंग तापमान को नियंत्रित करना।
- डिजाइन और मर्चेंडाइजिंग टीम के साथ मिलकर नए सैंपल विकसित करना।
- मशीनों की नियमित मेंटेनेंस और सर्विसिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
- प्रिंटिंग डिफेक्ट्स की निगरानी करना और तुरंत सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई करना।
- प्रोडक्शन, इंक उपयोग और मशीन मेंटेनेंस का रिकॉर्ड रखना।

**उम्मीदवार की योग्यता**:

- M&R ऑटोमैटिक प्रिंटिंग मशीन पर **कम से कम 5 वर्ष का अनुभव** होना चाहिए।
- **बुने हुए कपड़ों** (जैसे कॉटन, विस्कोस, यार्न-डाइड फैब्रिक आदि) पर प्रिंटिंग की अच्छी समझ।
- प्लास्टिसोल, वॉटर-बेस्ड, डिसचार्ज और पिग्मेंट इंक के साथ काम करने का अनुभव।
- मशीन कैलिब्रेशन, प्रिंट फिनिशिंग और प्रिंट प्रोसेस कंट्रोल की तकनीकी जानकारी।
- **बल्क प्रोडक्शन और सैंपल डेवेलपमेंट** का अनुभव।
- शॉप फ्लोर पर हेल्पर्स और प्रिंटर्स की टीम को मैनेज करने की क्षमता।
- सेफ्टी प्रोटोकॉल, क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड और कंप्लायंस डॉक्युमेंटेशन की जानकारी।

**शैक्षणिक योग्यता (वांछनीय)**:

- ITI / डिप्लोमा / टेक्निकल ट्रेनिंग (प्रिंटिंग टेक्नोलॉजी या टेक्सटाइल प्रोसेसिंग में)
- **हाई-फैशन गारमेंट प्रिंटिंग** और **प्राइवेट लेबल प्रोडक्शन** का अनुभव हो तो प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
