**Role**:
The **Project Documentation & Design Support Engineer** is crucial for the **preparation, review, and management** of key **project documentation**, ensuring alignment with technical and project requirements. This role supports both the **India office** and provides **remote support** to our **UAE operations**, ensuring seamless documentation flow and compliance. With **4-5 years of experience**, this position plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of **control system documentation**, including **P&IDs, IO lists, wiring diagrams, control philosophy, and project specifications**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and maintain critical **project documentation**, including **P&IDs, IO lists, wiring diagrams, and control narratives**.
- Develop and manage documents like **Enquiry Registers**, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Proficiently work with **estimation software**, **AutoCAD**, and **Microsoft Office** tools for technical document preparation.
- Prepare key project documents, including:

- **Costing Sheets**:

- **Quotations**:

- **Customer Follow-ups**:

- Create and maintain detailed design documents, such as:

- **General Arrangement Diagrams (External/Internal Views)**:

- **Single Line Diagrams (SLD)**:

- **Power Circuit Diagrams**:

- **Control Circuit Diagrams**:

- **Bill of Materials (BOM)**:

- Manage and update the **Vendor Document List**, ensuring all vendor-related documents are tracked and organized.
- Prepare final documentation packages, including **Spare Parts Lists** and **Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals**.
- Coordinate with **project engineers** to implement **design changes** and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Assist in developing **panel wiring layouts** and technical documentation for project execution.
- Provide **remote support** to the UAE operations, ensuring all documentation aligns with **design standards** and project requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to **quality control** and **document compliance** with project specifications.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering**.
- **4-5 years** of experience in **project documentation**, **design support**, or **control system documentation**.
- Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**, and **estimation software**.
- Knowledge of **control systems design**, including **P&IDs**, **IO lists**, **SLDs**, and **circuit diagrams**.
- Experience in preparing technical documents for **industrial automation** or **engineering projects**.
- Familiarity with **vendor management documentation** and O&M manuals.
