Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**:Set up, operate, and monitor PVC extrusion machines to produce conduit pipes according to specifications.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure the quality of the extruded pipes by inspecting them, measuring dimensions, and performing other quality checks.
- **Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance tasks on the extrusion equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs.
- **Problem Solving**:Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the extrusion process, such as material flow problems or machine malfunctions.
- **Safety**:Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while operating the extrusion equipment.
- **Raw Material Handling**:Ensure adequate raw materials are available for production and manage inventory levels.
- **Documentation**:Maintain records of production runs, quality checks, and maintenance activities.

Essential Skills:

- **Knowledge of Extrusion Processes**:Familiarity with PVC extrusion principles, machine operation, and quality control procedures.
- **Technical Skills**:Ability to operate and maintain extrusion machinery, including knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify and resolve issues with the extrusion process, such as material flow problems or machine malfunctions.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other team members.
- **Attention to Detail**:Ability to accurately measure and inspect products, and follow instructions carefully.
- **Physical Abilities**:Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials, and perform other physical tasks required by the job.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Assist with Changeovers**:Help with the setup and changeover of extrusion lines, dies, and other equipment.
- **Supervise Packing Employees**:If required, supervise employees who are responsible for packaging the finished conduit pipes.
- **Follow Production Schedules**:Ensure that production runs are completed on time and according to schedule.
- **Use of Tools**:Proficiency in the use of hand tools, measuring tools, and other tools of the trade.
- **Training**:May be required to train new employees on the operation of extrusion machinery and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
