**Job Description: Receptionist (Female Only)**

**Position**: Receptionist

**Location**: Konfudha Resort, Wayanad, Kalpetta

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing reservations, collecting payments, and issuing room keys.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our resort.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest concerns and ensure a seamless experience during their stay.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on resort policies, procedures, and special promotions to effectively assist guests and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
