**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate thermal insulation projects from planning to execution.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and site teams for smooth communication.
- Monitor manpower deployment, material delivery, and site progress.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, work orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Track daily/weekly reports and escalate delays or issues.
- Support project billing, client approvals, and material reconciliation.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Proven experience in coordinating insulation or MEP projects.
- Knowledge of insulation materials (Rockwool, PUF, Nitrile Rubber, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites if required.
