**Experience in a garment export house is necessary.**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coordinating with CMT factories.
- Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company Quality Assurance Systems. Lead the fabric QC/ Checker team and provide technical guidance.
- Must be able to make TNAs, needs to take out consumptions and averages from sketches and patterns.
- Take out the costings and CMT costs.
- Must be able to correct patterns manually.
- Woven and knit fabric knowledge must be there.
- In depth knowledge of patterns, basic synthetic and natural fabric along with dyeing and printing techniques.
- Work with the fabric mills, Printers and dyeing vendors to establish the best quality system and hold them accountable to these standards.
- Must be able to tell fabric consumption for costings requirements based on tech packs and sketches
- Foresee fabric quality issues, and providing solutions to overcome them
- Do quality audits for bulk fabrics and trims
- Give real-time feedback to respective departments to minimise loss of quality and time.

Give accurate and timely decisions for major troubleshooting of the process.
- Colour fastness - colour fastness to rubbing, hand feel, etc
- Shrinkage test - appearance, dimension stability, spirility etc.
- Formulating reports on computers. Working knowledge of Google drive (especially Excel) and database system

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience working.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adequate knowledge of garment production processes and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Must have his own transportation (motorbike or another vehicle)

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
