**Qualifications & Experience Skillsets**
- Diploma / Graduate in any field - Decent Computer knowledge &
Servicing - Excellent Verbal and written
- Knowledge in Print Sales is an advantage communication skills
- Is tech savvy and an e-commerce user at personal level
- Very good at time Management
- Very good persuasive and negotiation skills
- Is empathetic
- Is meticulous

**How will I be Successful (Critical Success How will I be Empowered**
**Parameters)**
Good Client servicing, retention and repeat Proper training on CRM(Zoho) and orders accessing individual reports
Client feedback score Thorough product knowledge and process training for clients assigned

Timely response to client queries, escalation etc Cross training within the team and ensure customer satisfaction
**What will I Do (Major Functions) What Will I be accountable for**

**(KPI)**
Be a point of contact to place orders on online Ontime Deliveries of Online orders portal as per the zone assigned as well ensure Zoho Ticket Response and orders go out on time Reolution time

Customer Feedback
MIS, reporting and creating monthly invoices

Following marketing activities like collecting User
Feedback, creating and dispatching user certificates etc
Conduct monthly reconcillation of sales and outstanding, adjusting receipts on the portal
Followup for collections on case to case basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
