**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled **Robotics Trainer** to deliver engaging and effective hands-on training sessions to students, educators, or professionals. The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for teaching robotics concepts, programming, and engineering design through structured lessons, workshops, or competition preparation. This role blends teaching with technology, requiring both strong communication skills and a solid background in robotics hardware and software.

**Key Responsibilities:Instruction & Facilitation**
- Deliver robotics training programs to learners ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops, bootcamps, after-school programs, summer camps, or regular classroom sessions.
- Teach students how to design, build, and program robots using platforms such as LEGO EV3/Spike Prime, VEX IQ/V5, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi.
- Introduce coding concepts through languages such as Scratch, Python, C++, or block-based interfaces.

**Curriculum Support & Customization**
- Adapt existing robotics curriculum to meet learners’ age group, prior knowledge, and program goals.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers or education coordinators to develop lesson plans, project ideas, and assessments.
- Incorporate STEAM principles, real-world problem-solving, and team-based learning into all training sessions.

**Technical Setup & Maintenance**
- Set up robotics kits, laptops, software, sensors, and programming environments before each session.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software during training sessions.
- Ensure the safe and responsible use of all robotics tools and equipment.

**Mentoring & Competition Preparation (Optional)**
- Prepare and mentor student teams for robotics competitions such as FIRST LEGO League, VEX Robotics, WRO, or Botball.
- Guide teams through the design process, code development, and competition strategies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
