**Job Summary**:
The Robotics Trainer delivers hands-on and theoretical training in robotics and automation systems to students, professionals, or corporate teams. The trainer designs curriculum, facilitates workshops, and ensures learners gain the necessary technical and problem-solving skills to work with robotic systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and laboratory training sessions on topics such as:

- Basic robotics concepts
- Programming microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi)
- Sensors and actuators
- Robot kinematics and dynamics
- Industrial automation and IoT
- Guide students through robotics projects and competitions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practicals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and integrate them into the training content.
- Maintain and troubleshoot robotic kits, lab equipment, and software.
- Collaborate with educational institutions or corporate clients to tailor training to their needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Certified Robotics Trainer (if applicable)
- Teaching or Instructional Design certification
- Programming or electronics certifications (e.g., Python, IoT)
- Proven experience in robotics training, teaching, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, or industrial robotic arms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage learners across different age groups and skill levels.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
