Lead the design and planning of pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other relevant regulations.
- Develop innovative and efficient layouts for laboratories, cleanrooms, production areas, and support spaces.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines to ensure designs meet current standards.
- Specialize in cleanroom design, including the selection of appropriate materials, HVAC systems, and finishes to meet cleanliness and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international cleanroom standards and classification
- Manage the architectural aspects of pharmaceutical projects from concept to completion, working collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their feedback and incorporating it into the design.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience in conducting client presentations to discuss project proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables.
- Ability to address client questions and concerns effectively, fostering positive client relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cleanroom design principles and HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additional Requirements**:
Professional licensure or registration as an architect.
