Our company "Kales Agro" is an emerging organization that aims at recapturing the traditional methods of spreading fragrances through high-quality dhoop cones, incense sticks herbal and organic farming, and handmade products in compliance with national and international quality. We actively promote our traditional methods of manufacturing products without chemicals and pesticides to spread awareness among the new generation.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new products and improve existing products by conducting research and development
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and FSMA
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure products meet established specifications
- Develop and maintain product specifications and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production
- Participate in customer visits and presentations to showcase products and capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in food science, food technology, or related field
- At least [1-years] of experience in food technology or related field
- Strong technical skills in food product development, food safety, and quality control
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
