We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as **Bank Tele Officers**. This role involves interacting with customers over the phone, providing them with financial solutions, and achieving targets in a professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about various financial solutions.
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC or any Graduate from a recognized institution.
- **Skills**:

- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to engage customers and effectively convey product benefits.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
