**Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate**

Location: Hydrabad

**Salary**: 25 K to 45 K

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Attend walk-in clients and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
- Arrange and conduct site visits and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated with the real estate market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
- Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred for site visits).

- Strong sales acumen and closing skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a go-getter mindset.
- Fluency in [local language] and English.
