**Job Descriptions**:
1. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

3. Ownership skill to execute tasks on individual level and some extent of leadership to manage associates, task, delivery, and reporting on time.

4. A Testing Engineer is required to fully test the product or system to ensure it functions properly and meets the business needs.

5. Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression and service

6. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases and also to ensure version management.

7. Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.

8. Providing feedback on usability and serviceability along with other functional and non-functional issues.

9. A Software Tester is responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing. He is responsible for conducting the testing, thereafter, analysing the results and then submitting his observations to the development team.

10.Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

11. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

12. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify requirement GAPs)

13.Exposure of JIRA for defect management

14. Some exposure to API testing or UI automation will be an added advantage
