**Full Job Description**

**1.** Generating suitable inquiries/leads by field working/visiting sites/visiting industrial companies in assigned territory.
**2**. Repeatedly visit the sites where Construction is going on industrial companies and meet the available person like an owner, project managers, plant head, hr head, site engineer, site supervisor, or guard over there and take out project information or details.
**3.** Do meetings with clients and show them our company tools like brochures, samples, site photos etc.
**4.** Lead conversion with coordination of client and project manager of SRG
**5.** Submit BOQ/Quotation and coordination for the final work order, follow-up until work order and project completion.
**6.** Building Vendor Relations for project sub-contracts.
**7.** Market Research and internal research to create a process flow of marketing/sales in order to help the company land more projects.
**8.** Cold Calling when required to generate leads.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree required.
- Excellent Communication Skills - verbal & written.
- Two-year preferred experience on the same role
- Extensive use of search engines, LinkedIn etc to generate contacts & leads.
- Experience in Market research & lead generation.
- Experience in creating business sales presentations, templates, etc.
- Must be a self-starter, Target Oriented and self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.
