- Accountable for working with the Front Office Application support team.
- Responsible for Incident Management within the Front Office area.
- Responsible for working with Front Office Application support to drive Service Improvement.
- Responsible to drive prioritization for the Front Office book of work.
- Ability to work in 3 different time zones on rotation basis and over the weekend for business critical activities.
- Accountable to work with business users to identify concerns or areas for improvement in their workflows and work with Aladdin ASM, BlackRock and Aladdin Change managers on the resolution.
- Responsible for championing the use of Aladdin throughout the business.
- Accountable for understanding the entire Trade Life Cycle and prioritize the issue based on criticality.
- Responsible for maintaining logs, issue tracking, and documenting resolutions for future reference.
- Responsible to provide MI specific to each regional service review (UK, Europe, APAC, Americas)
- Participating in any Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Failover activities.
