**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests.
- Monitor and manage tables to ensure guests' needs are met and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a waitress in a similar establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and preparation.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
