Mis Executive

COMPANY:
Whizzard is a last mile distribution network. The network is currently spread across 100 cities, servicing 3000+ pincodes. We deliver over 150,000 orders every day using our delivery partner network of 4000+ people. Our ARR is over USD 15 Million.

We design and implement solutions that address distribution and warehousing needs of our customers. We do last mile distribution for brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Quikr, Udaan, FedEx and DHL.

The team is headed by founders from IIT, ISB, XLRI, Cornell who have extensive experience in building teams and businesses. We are growing really fast and looking for a bunch of talented and nice people to join us in our journey.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

- Experience in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets with proficiency in data manipulation and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance management information systems to support various departments within the organization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify information needs andstreamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data acrossdifferent systems and databases.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through dataanalysis and reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools, systems, andprocesses.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MIS, dataanalysis, and business intelligence.
- Assist in the implementation of new information systems or upgrades,including testing, training, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliancewith company policies and regulations.REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in management information systems, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Excel is required.
