Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Strategy: Develop and execute our technical vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives.
2. R&D: Lead research and development efforts in AI, ML, NLP, and GenAI, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
4. Platform Development: Oversee the development of our AI-powered bot platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
5. Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with academia, industry leaders, and startups to stay ahead of the curve in AI innovation.
6. Technology Roadmapping: Create and maintain technology roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
7. Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization.

**Requirements**:
1. PhD in Computer Science: With a focus on AI, ML, NLP, or GenAI.
2. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, and GenAI, including relevant tools, technologies, and frameworks.
3. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with experience in managing engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute technical strategies, aligning with business objectives.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in AI-powered bot development.
