About Howdee AI

At Howdee AI, we are building tools that allow people to create powerful visual creatives for promoting themselves, showcasing their culture, and achieving their personal and professional goals.

Every brand has an agency to help with its marketing. But we believe every person can be a brand and AI can help them become one.

The traditional branding model was designed for companies and celebrities. It wasn't built for everyday people. We are changing that.

What You'll Do (Scope of Work)

  • Train and fine-tune GenAI models (LLMs, LoRAs, diffusion models) on Indian cultural insights.
  • Architect and deploy AI/ML pipelines (from model to product integration).
  • Push boundaries in applied AI for culture, identity, and personal branding.
  • Work closely with the founder to shape product vision into reality.

Qualities We're Looking For

  • Strong AI/ML background (IIT or reputed institute preferred, but open).
  • Hands-on with Generative AI, model deployment, and scaling infra.
  • 0→1 mindset: scrappy, decisive, execution-first.
  • Full-time commitment (Bangalore preferred, India-based a must).
  • Most importantly: belief in the mission, not just the market.

Where We Are Now

We are incorporated, lean, and moving fast. MVP is built, user validation and early payments are in. We're preparing for a grant funding round next month with support from an incubator in Bengaluru.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)

Equity: 2-5% (with potential to grow into a CTO role and get more equity)
