**Job Title**: Logistic Executive

**Location**: Girish Park, Kolkata
**Experience**: 3 to 4 years
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Nature of Business**: Solar Panel Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire logistics process, from raw material procurement to product delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Manage the storage and inventory of materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Maintain and update accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Monitor and control shipping costs, ensuring budget compliance.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for customs and legal compliance for domestic and international shipments.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to reduce losses and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to align material availability with production schedules.
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in solar panel or renewable energy industry is a plus.
