**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Social Media Management**
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and update social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to improve strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**2. Content Creation & Design**
- Design visually appealing posts, banners, and other marketing materials using Canva or Photoshop.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and stories to resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

**3. SEO Integration**
- Optimize posts with relevant keywords and metadata.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to align content strategies.

**4. Performance Analysis**
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports detailing reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, including keywords, metadata, and optimization techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with social media advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Knowledge of basic video editing tools is a plus.
