**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and designers to develop and execute visual concepts.
- Create high-quality visual designs, including illustrations, layouts, and digital assets, for print and digital media.
- Transform rough sketches and ideas into polished, presentation-ready visuals.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our visual content remains cutting-edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and interns as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver visuals that exceed their expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a visualiser or similar role within an advertising agency or design studio.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, illustration, and layout.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
