Reporting - Director Salary - 12 - 15 LPA Immediate joining preferable Job DescriptionContacting Potential clients - Architects, Contractors to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Increasing client base, Sales & revenue by self & by teamCompletion of installation works at site on timeCoordinate with administration, Commercial, Design Team and Factory departments to ensure timely supply of orders & smooth function of action in the system.Collecting Payments as per company’s terms, raising timely RA bills & achieving Nil Bad DebtDeveloping growth strategies and plans - Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plansCoordinate, prepare & launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regionsPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesResearching organisations and individuals to find new opportunitiesIncreasing the value of current customers while attractive new onesFinding and developing new markets and improving salesAttending conferences, meetings and industry eventsDeveloping quotes and proposals for clientsDeveloping goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring the are metDevelop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integrationTraining personnel and helping team develop their skills Task & Activities:Category wise - Contractor, Architect, Structural Architect, PMC, Govt. Projects, Hospitals, Airports, Institutes ActivityMarketing to generate leads - create database & follow-upsLeads follow-up, meeting, presentation, negotiation and order confirmationAdvance payment collection, Billing (Materials Dispatch) & payment follow-up / Payment Collection, Site work progress and raising RA bills and getting the payment.Spending 2 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to set up Sales Meetings and maintain the sales pipelinePreparing for meetings via structured research about target clientMeeting at least 2 new and 2 existing decision makers of the target customer on a daily basisHaving effective sales meeting in order to:Understand the current NDP of the customerPosition of supplies as the best choice for the clientCreate presentations based on client NDP.Follow up & Negotiate Win-Win-Win dealsMaintain profitability index as per management guidelinesBeing the communication bridge between the prospective client and the operations team from contract to the life cycle of the customer

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
