**Job Summary**:
As a UI/UX and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products while also creating visually compelling graphic assets. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Design responsive and adaptive interfaces for various devices and screen sizes.
**- Graphic Design**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital and print assets.
- Create visually appealing layouts, infographics, icons, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative assets that support promotional campaigns and other initiatives.
**- Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and troubleshoot any design-related issues.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices to continually enhance design quality and effectiveness.
**- Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.**

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
**- Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other similar and should be creating and problem solver.
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools like InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
