- What You'll Do:

- Work closely with our product team to translate raw business requirements into test strategies and test plans.
- Create standards and procedures for test life cycle
- Stakeholder management with Development, Project management and Product management teams
- Work closely with product development and development teams to ensure timely delivery of the project
- Keep track of quality metrics and quality gates
- Analyze test results to predict user behaviour, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimise problems
- Own the modules/domains production quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards and regulations
- Become a domain and platform expertise
- Participate in all areas of the SCRUM process.
- What You Offer:
**QA Manual testing**
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Manual testing
- Strong knowledge on Testing methodologies and QA processes
- Strong knowledge in requirement analysis and preparing testing strategy and test planning documents
- Includes, setting-up and improving best practices & processes for quality
- Ability to work with product owners and development stakeholders
- Experience in SDLC and STLC process
- Exposure to Webservices and microservices testing
- Experience in test execution and status reporting
- Experience in Agile methodology and SCRUM framework
- Experience in Defect tracking
- Experience in any DB testing
- Exposure to Automation is nice to have
- Exposure to cloud computing is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification

**QA Lead(Manual/Automation Testing)**
- 5 to 7 years of strong manual and automation testing
- Strong communication skills
- Responsibility of owning end to end quality execution and releases
- Experience in Grooming team members
- Strong experience in SDLC and STLC process
- Strong experience in creating test strategy and test plan for given products
- Strong experience in creating and managing QA metrics and statistics
- Ability to be an interface between product and development stakeholders on priorities and resolutions
- Experience in test automation and whitebox testing
- Experience in Agile and SCRUM framework
- Responsible for execution and status reporting to leaders
- Experience in testing webservices and microservices
- Experience in any DB testing
- Experience in cloud computing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification
