- **Providing Information**:They offer general information about the company, its services, or the location.
- **Administrative Support**:This can include tasks like managing mail, ordering supplies, and assisting with other office-related duties.
- **Maintaining a Tidy Workspace**:Keeping the reception area clean and organized is also part of the role.
Skills Required:
- **Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with a wide range of people.
- **Organizational Skills**:Receptionists need to be organized and efficient to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
