Front Desk Receptionist

**Patient interaction and support**:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
- Provide comfort and guidance to patients and visitors.
- Address patient complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- **Administrative and clerical tasks**:
- Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Process billing and insurance claims.
- Collect payments from patients.
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
- **Coordination and communication**:
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
- Orient new patients to hospital departments and services.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
