**Roles and Responsibility:

- Ensure proper opening and closing Processes are followed.
- Ensure the store runs smoothly every day.
- Monitor store performance and find ways to improve.
- Monitor and improve sales performance to achieve business targets.
- Analyze sales data to make better business decisions.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and provide solutions.
- Ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage and supervise store staff to provide Satisfied customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movements.
- Ensure optimal stock levels-avoid overstocking and understocking.
- Prepare sales reports, track financial transactions, and manage budgets
- Control store expenses.
- Monitor pricing and discounts to maximize revenue.
- Keep the store clean and well-maintained all time.
- Follow health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Regularly check store facilities and equipment.
- Provide a periodically training for unskilled labour.
- Train staff on proper handling and storage of product.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
