**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and effective quantitative reasoning classes for GRE, GMAT, and SAT students, focusing on problem-solving, data analysis, and mathematical concepts.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to enhance students' quantitative skills and performance.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and personalized strategies for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest exam patterns, question types, and syllabus changes for GRE, GMAT, and SAT.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment to inspire students and boost their confidence.
- Assist in curriculum development and updating study materials to align with evolving exam requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and the academic team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of test preparation programs.
- Address individual student queries and concerns, offering additional support and guidance as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Quants Trainer for GRE, GMAT, and SAT exams, with a track record of successful student results.
- Strong command of quantitative concepts, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools, online learning platforms, and interactive teaching methodologies.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- High scores in GRE, GMAT, or SAT (optional but preferred).
