**Responsibilities**:
Project design and development: Lead and contribute to the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to construction documentation.

Technical expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure design feasibility, compliance with building codes and regulations, and implementation of sustainable practices.

Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

Project management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Quality control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards.

Client relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering innovative design solutions.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, fostering their professional growth and development.

Research and innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Code compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility requirements.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an Architect, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.

Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and design expertise.

Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.

Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to overcome design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Commitment to sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices.
