Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and models using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Grasshopper
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Review and modify designs based on client feedback and budget constraints
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architect, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, NavisWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Grasshopper
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent design and visualization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

**Salary**: From ₹801.67 per month
