Vedic Mathematics

**Responsibilities**:

- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to students as they work on their respective projects, offering assistance with techniques, problem-solving, and skill development in Vedic Math's.
- **Project Development**: Collaborate with students to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- **Feedback and Evaluation**: Offer constructive feedback on students' work, helping them identify areas for improvement and develop their skills further.
- **Safety and Supervision**: Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, adhering to safety protocols and providing supervision during hands-on activities.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster a sense of community among students, encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and peer learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with students in an educational or mentoring capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Prior experience in related competitions or training programs is a plus (e.g. Vedic Math's competitions).

**Schedule and Compensation**:

- This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically requiring morning availability to accommodate students' schedules.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
