Chief Nursing Officer

Location - Chembur

Salary - 40,000 to 50,000
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong clinical background with expertise in healthcare management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of nursing professionals.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in nursing administration.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement.
